Of course most people affected by the Direct Deduction of Overseas Pension policy and that of Spousal Deductions have no choice but to continue working into their twilight years and beyond.
What is particularly tragic about this group is that most of them have prepared diligently for their retirement unawares that the NZ Govt would steal what they could under its application of Section 70.
