National Leader Luxon confirms a Government under his leadership

will raise the age of entitlement to NZ Superannuation to  67 years .

Labour confirms no rise under their watch.

The OECD  (37 Members countries) released a report suggesting NZ raises its age of entitlement. Remember virtually all  other OECD countries, Superannuation costs are much more expensive than New Zealand,  so take their suggestions  and expertise  with a grain of salt? NZ Super is 5% of GDP, OECD average above 10%.

  1. National will never get into a leadership role in my opinion iff stated age of retirement persons to rise to 67 as baby boomers like me it is a death knock in politics and yes i support the labour party and their policies since way back when Norman Kirk changed eligabilities to purchase my first home back in the 70\s now that is loyalty …….national political persons have proven themselves with internal squabling and strange internal behaviour over a period of time ”””””’so god help us”’ iff they try to run a country with such upheaval””
