good timing for this issue as Draft of re write of Social Security Act coming up before Parliament in September – as NZ Super a public funded old age pension from the taxpurse – not asset or income tested – just for some ethic kiwis and kiwis with ethnic spouses?????? so correction to text in Social Security Act has to be done.
