The Retirement Commissioner is obliged by statute to report 3 yearly to Government.

The Retirement Commissioner has been stood down pending investigation into allegations of bullying etc , and with her contact term expiring shortly, highly unlikely to return to the position. No announcement as too a likely replacement has been announced.

Conducting a review with the issues above still pending is either an opportunity or a worry, Kaspanz has been critical of the Retirement Commissioner over name changes during her term, and the emphasis on Financial Literacy education at the expense of research and expertise on Retirement income  issues.
